The Limerick Clare Energy Agency has been active in preparing and publishing energy balances for Clare and Limerick since 2006. The detailed energy analysis is published in a number of documents:-

  • Limerick Clare Energy & Emissions Balance 2006.
  • Limerick Clare Climate Change Strategy 2006
  • Executive Summary of Energy & Climate Change 2006
  • Limerick Clare Energy & Emissions Balance 2010
  • Limerick Clare Low Carbon Energy Plan 2010

Using the methodology developed by Limerick Clare Energy Agency, an Energy & Emissions Balance was created for:-

  • Limerick – Clare Region
  • County Clare
  • Limerick City Limerick County

The LCEA is presently working on local area energy plans, which will be published on this web site in the near future.
